SQUEEZ'IN

Yesterday I dropped off the boys at Narita Airport.
It was amazing to squeeze everyone & everything into my small little car.
Somehow Nick Mita, Kekoa Uemura, Dustin Cuizon &
me managed. Check out this picture. Keep in mind
that we are all pro surfers an everyone has been on
the road traveling for some time. Shortboards, longboards,
suits cases, and backpacks....huh! Lots of stuff....haha!

The boys also killed it in Miyazaki Hyuga Comp!
Kekoa Uemura winning 1st in the Longboard side.
Dustin Cuizon winning 2nd in the Shortboard side.

Then team challenge the boys got 1st.
Kekoa scored a 6pt, Nick scored a 9pt, then Dustin scored a perfect 10pt.
Securing the deal to winning the Team Challenge.
Congrats to the Hawaiian's! aw,right!

Surfing w/ESC surf

This past weekend I had a surfing school with
ESC surf. Awesome time with everyone. Great waves,
lots of laughs, and a good feeling of aloha.

The boys dropping down the spirit of aloha.
Shaka brah...haha! Getting ready to go out to catch
some waves. When we paddled out the waves were bigger
then I expected. I was worried about the boys but turned
out these guys did awesome! They both were rippin'!
They caught the biggest waves...charging!heeeee!
Giving them advice an watching them free surf
really helped them. Keep rippin'. Good luck boys.

I got a photo of Satoshi-san....haha.
He always takes care of me. Thank you for the support.
Great times surfing together, see you again. Aloha.

Yuki's surfing school.
The girls getting ready to catch some waves.
Go get'em girls....rip it up! haha!

Looking at the waves. Trying to pick a spot to paddle out to.
One thing about this scret spot was every peak was good.
So we decided to just surf all of them....haha!

The water patrol..haha! The guys getting ready to join us.
The air was really cold. I think it was better to be in your
wetsuit and check waves then it was to be in  your clothes.

The crew after our surf session. Great day!
Everyone catching waves.
Thank you Ebihara-san & family.
ALOHA

So what do you do after a surf session?
Eat teishoku! hahaha!
The "BEST"!
Here is the gang enjoying the grindz.

Here is the gang on the other table. Also enjoying
their teishoku grindz. Ummmm!

Um, yummy! Look at this. Doesn't this make you hungry?
The best. Thank you Ebihara family for a great day.
See you all in the OCEAN.
Otsukare sama desu, aloha.

JPSA All Japan Pro Taito

JPSA All Japan PRO Taito beach 2009

So, starting from rd1 with the weather being stormy on
saturday. The event started with me being in the first heat
of the day. I made the 1st rd scoring a 12.75. Then in rd2,
getting 2nd with a 7.75.  This heat was kinda funny. I had
to surf this heat twice because of poor conditions in that heat.
Radical "Thunder & heavy rain"!! scary! Then in rd3, I ended up
getting 3rd with a 10.53. Frustrating but I had a great event.
Thanks to JPSA for a great event & to the LOCAL's  for letting
use taito for the weekend....mahalo nui loa!

Carrying the event Champ to the stage.
Nick Mita & me with kekoa Uemura on our shoulders.
Never let the champ walk to the stage! haha! cheeee!!
Thanks "JUN" for this pic.

Here are the finalist.
Kekoa Uemura, Eugene Teal, Taiki Mori, and Shohei Akimoto.

2 Hawaiian's in the finals.

Kekoa in 1st & Eugene in 4th.

The Champ!

Ok, so when you lose in the event an you are
frustrated! How do you get out all your STRESS?
Easy, do some FUNNY crazy stuff & have some laughs!haha!
Nice Yoko.....haha

Even the staff having a few laughs, check out his chest.
This guy is super cool, and huge with the "biggest LEGS"!

This guy with his parachute cruising around the event
all day. It looked so fun.
